Alongside general mental health education, we also provide general wellbeing classes and clubs. These are the perfect complimentary lesson for children, as it gives them a chance to experiment with activities and learn techniques that can improve their mental wellbeing well into adulthood. Here is a look at some of the well-being classes and clubs we offer. Students are guided through the techniques and provided with all the support and information they need.
Practising mindfulness allows students to be fully present in our current situation and space. It helps them to calm a busy mind and regular practise will allow your students to become more at ease with our daily emotions. Mindfulness techniques are great for those students that struggle with stress, anxiety and worry.
Yoga is a great way to use the physical to improve well-being and mental fitness. The practise is great for students that struggle with the stillness of mindfulness and meditation and not only improves emotional wellness but will also release the body from pain caused by stress, overwhelm and emotions.
Guided meditation can be incredibly beneficial for everyone, helping to calm, destress and feel energised. Just 3 minutes per day of meditation can have a huge effect on wellbeing. These classes and clubs can be taught for complete beginners and there is no pressure for the practise to be perfect!
