At Melp Foundation, we believe that every child and young person deserves to feel safe, seen and supported with their mental health – both inside and outside the classroom.
We understand how much pressure schools are under. That’s why we’re here to walk alongside you – offering mental health resources, education, and compassionate support that can make a lasting difference to your students’ lives.
We support schools, colleges and youth organisations with tailored, down-to-earth mental health programmes that focus on prevention, education and empowerment.
Our approach is simple: we listen to what young people are struggling with, and we offer tools that actually help.
Mental health isn’t a tick-box exercise, and there’s no single solution that works for every child.
We focus on helping young people understand their own emotions and giving them the confidence to try out different tools and approaches – from mindfulness and CBT techniques to movement, journaling, nutrition and more.
Our goal is to make mental health feel normal to talk about – and to ensure no young person feels like they have to struggle alone.
When we work with independent and private schools in a paid capacity, all profits go directly towards funding free mental health support for state-funded schools in the local area.
By working with us, you’re also helping children in your wider community get the care and tools they deserve.
We know that mental health can be complex and overwhelming – for staff, students and families alike. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Whether you're looking to create a whole-school strategy or simply want to open up more conversations around well-being, we're here to support you – with care, consistency and without judgment.
Together, we can build school communities where mental health is part of everyday life – and every child has the chance to thrive.

Our mental health lessons are designed to provide a tailored approach to mental health education. We teach students that it’s OK not to be OK, what good mental health is, how to recognise if their own mental health is starting to deteriorate and. Take a look at what options we have to help your students to thrive......
Melp Co have developed, tried and tested these programs to ensure they cover everything your students need to build emotional intelligence, mental fitness and emotional resilience. To ensure they thrive at school and in life.
Melp Co can create one or many classes, assembly's or clubs for your students, ad hoc. Delivering what you want, when and how you want it. So if there is a specific subject, or subjects you want covered get in touch.
Our Melp app is an easily accessible, anonymous and very cost effective holistic tool for your students (secondary upwards) and teachers. It is easy and simple to get started and students love the anonymity of it.
Blogs, audio blogs, e-magazines and updates. Melp Co are regularly in touch with your students and teachers with more mental health and well-being information, advice and tools. So they are well equipped and to thrive and always know we are there to support them.
Melp Co firmly believes there is no one therapy option for everyone. That is why everything we provide is holistic, and this doesn't stop with our support options. This means we work with counsellors, CBT therapists and EMDR therapists to ensure your people get the support they need when they need it.
Well Being classes and clubs are a great way to bring calm to students and teachers whilst also teaching them these skills for the future, they include activities like meditation, yoga or mindfulness. We can run these classes as student clubs, teachers sessions and also in the school day.
'This was an opportunity that couldn't be missed. Sophie believes that children need to know strategies for managing their feelings and the pressures of modern living'. She explained that 'There are many children in schools who are developing the early signs of having mental health difficulties. The earlier we can support them in finding ways to manage these things the better chance they have of developing their resilience.'
She went on to say that 'The whole event was a huge success thanks to Sophie and her incredible team. The children loved the new experiences and commented that it made them feel stress free and calm.'
