Start 2027 with something positive to work towards.
Join us at the beautiful Alice Holt Forest for Mental Health Miles 2027 — an inclusive community running event bringing people together for a morning of movement, connection and better mental health.

However you do your miles, you’re part of it.
You don’t need to be the fastest.
You don’t need to be an experienced runner.
We provide free mental health education, resources and support to schools, colleges, communities and women's grassroots sports teams.
Our work focuses on prevention and early intervention — giving people practical knowledge and tools to understand and support their mental health and helping to remove financial barriers to accessing support.
So when you join us at Alice Holt Forest, you're doing more than completing a run.
Run for your mental health. Run for someone else's.

Mental Health Miles is about what happens before, during and after those miles.
It's having a reason to get moving in January.
It's getting outside.
It's challenging yourself.
It's doing something with your children, friends, family or colleagues.
It's crossing that finish line and knowing you did it.
And it's knowing that while you've been doing something positive for your own wellbeing, you've also been helping us support somebody else's.
Perfect for beginners, children and families. A fun, accessible way to get involved and enjoy the event together.
A brilliant challenge whether you're a new runner, returning to fitness or simply want to enjoy a 5K in beautiful surroundings.
For those looking to push themselves a little further and take on a bigger challenge to start 2027.

We're also inviting businesses to support Mental Health Miles 2027 through sponsorship and partnership.
Opportunities range from our main Headline Sponsorship through to event sponsorship, route branding and smaller opportunities for local businesses.
Sponsorship can include benefits such as event branding, social media exposure, website recognition, staff race places, signage and on-the-day visibility, depending on the package.
It's an opportunity to demonstrate your organisation's commitment to mental health, employee wellbeing and the local community while directly supporting the work of Melp Foundation.
