At Melp Co, we don’t believe in reactive support — especially when it comes to young people entering the workplace for the first time.
We deliver practical, preventative mental health and wellbeing support designed specifically for apprentices and early careers. This is a critical transition period, where young people are balancing new responsibilities, expectations, and pressures — often without the tools or confidence to manage them.
We work with apprenticeship providers and employers to create clear, structured, and engaging wellbeing strategiesthat support young people from the start. From education programmes and digital tools, to access to ongoing support, we provide a fully integrated approach that helps apprentices build resilience, confidence, and emotional awareness alongside their professional development.
Supporting mental health at this stage isn’t just about wellbeing — it’s about retention, engagement, and future workforce development. When apprentices feel supported, they are more likely to stay, succeed, and grow within your organisation.
We support implementation from start to finish, including onboarding, communication strategies, and ongoing reporting — giving you full visibility on engagement and impact. Through continuous support and optimisation, we help you create a stronger, more resilient future workforce.
And like everything we do at Melp Co, our work creates wider impact. 10% of all revenue is reinvested into the Melp Foundation, funding free mental health support for schools, colleges, and women’s sport.
