What Is Included In The Program?

10 x 121 Mental Fitness Coaching Sessions

These sessions will stretch over 4 months, focusing on being more intense for the first few weeks and then tailing off when you feel knowledgable, confident and secure in your mental fitness goals and habits. They are tailored to you and your specific challenges (which we will go deeply into on the first 2hr session), ensuring you have the right support and tools to move forward through the 4 months and long after. 

Group Mental Fitness Training Program - 5 sessions

This course has been designed to ensure you have the knowledge needed to understand yourself, your behaviours, feelings and emotions. Leaving you well placed to navigate life in an emotionally intelligent and knowledgeible way. This will underpin the work we do in our 121 coaching, it is foundational knowledge to ensure you know how to navigate the world with internal and intrinsic strength and understanding. 

Melp App Access For 1 Year

Melp is a mental fitness tool you will gain access to which will support the coaching and programs. Melp is full of holistic mental fitness tools that you can use throughout the course and for the whole of 2025. The Melp app will ensure once our training and coaching is finished you have access to tools and techniques to move forward and continue your mental fitness journey.

Sophie

Sophie is on a mission to redefine mental health by shifting the conversation from surviving to thriving. With over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organisations navigate life’s challenges, she combines deep expertise with a passion for empowering others to take charge of their mental well-being.


Her journey started in private practice, where she worked one-on-one with clients to improve their lives. She quickly realised the power of prevention and expanded her efforts into schools and businesses through Melp Co, creating programs that inspire positive, lasting change.


What makes Sophie’s approach unique? She doesn’t just teach mental fitness; she lives it. Her strategic mindset, hands-on methods, and focus on measurable results ensure you’re not just learning—you’re transforming.

Qualifications

  •  Holistic Foundations: Sophie earned a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Medicine, blending Eastern and Western approaches to Health and Mental Health. 
  • Evidence-Based Expertise: With a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, she uses proven techniques to help individuals overcome obstacles.
  • Recognised Advocate: As an Anxiety UK-approved practitioner, Sophie delivers trusted, results-driven support.
